(English translation)
My hobby is cooking. Because my husband is Brazilian, I often make Brazilian cuisine; however, it always becomes Brazilian-esque food. My husband often tells me, " It's a little different." With me being Japanese and all, I do try my best, but it is difficult.
Recently I've had fun making bread and cakes too. The bread is for my vegetable-hating daughter--you see, I often make bread with vegetables in it. If the vegetables are inside the bread, she doesn't realize it and can eat them for me and say, "It's delicious!" Hearing that, it has been worth making it.
Making bread is a very good stress release. When making bread, one's mind can go blank.
The photograph is of a strawberry cheesecake, which my family loves. It always disappears in no time.
I have a 2-year and seven-month old daughter and five-month old daughter. My daughters are still small, but when they grow up I want us all to cook together .
