Everyone, when you hear the words [Japanese Cuisine], what comes to mind? Perhaps a lot of people probably think about sushi or tempura. But that is not all there is. Every local area has a delicious example of Japanese Cuisine.
For example, in Fukuoka they have my personal favorite [Motsu Nabe]. This Motsu Nabe is a rich dish of stewed motsu (cow intestines), leeks and cabbage which can be enjoyed anytime regardless of season. A lot of people find it hard to eat, but it is full of garlic and brings out your energy.
If you have a chance to visit Fukuoka, please give this a try!
